Web Memorials

The VNA Web Memorial is a virtual memorial with photos and a written tribute of love to those who have passed. A gift to the VNA Foundation, including a submission to the Web Memorial, dedicated to a friend, family member or colleague who has passed away, is a meaningful and lasting way to commemorate their life and support the VNA's mission.

Submissions to the Web Memorial are available to view online at any time here: VNA Web Memorials. The VNA will also share your Web Memorial with the friends and family you designate on your submission. Donors will be recognized at VNA events including the annual Celebration of Life holiday tree lighting.

Please complete the Create a Web Memorial form to include your message on the Web Memorial and to make your gift.

You may also choose to make a gift to the VNA in memory of a loved one without submitting a tribute to the Web Memorial. Gifts to The Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey help provide home health services to residents of Morris County and neighboring communities who need a helping hand to remain in the comfort of their home due to recuperation, an illness, disability or advanced age.

The VNA provides hospice services, respite for caregivers, social adult daycare through Friendship House, and expert nursing and rehabilitative therapy to help keep patients independent. Services are provided to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
